I went to IHOP for National Pancake Day, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations. Even though it was packed (which is expected on Pancake Day), the staff handled everything incredibly well. The hostess greeted us right away, gave us an accurate wait time, and kept the line moving smoothly. You could tell the team was prepared for the rush. Once we were seated, our server was friendly, upbeat, and surprisingly attentive despite how busy it was. Drinks came out quickly, and our pancakes didn’t take long at all. Everything arrived hot and fresh, which impressed me considering how many orders they were handling. The pancakes were perfect — fluffy, golden brown, and soft in the middle with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The butter melted perfectly on top, and the syrup was warm, which made a huge difference. I also appreciated that they didn’t skimp on portions. The texture was light but filling, and you could taste that they were made fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and organized, even during the rush. Staff members were constantly wiping tables, refilling drinks, and checking on guests. The energy in the restaurant was fun and positive — families, friends, and everyone celebrating together made it feel like an event rather than just a meal. Overall, IHOP absolutely delivered on Pancake Day. Great service, delicious food, and a well-managed crowd. I’ll definitely be coming back again — not just on Pancake Day, but anytime I’m craving pancakes.

The food and service were great but the online system failed us. We ordered online to pickup a hour later and when I arrived..... No order in the system. Even though we received confirmation. Had to reorder at the register but the wait wasn't long

I would not recommend going here on the weekends unless you have plenty of free time to wait for your food and server..... ****I previously left bad review about this place. Since that the place changed alot in a good way. The food is delicious and the music they play is 👍 I love coming this place now

Our regular server when we dine in is Victoria. She is ALWAYS so polite and is an overall EXCELLENT server…might I add that she’s beautiful!! The food is always, always, always cooked to perfection.
