My wife and I are long-fans of IHOP. This particular IHOP has been our place to go since we made Chesapeake our home 23 years ago. On Apr 8th, we arranged to have 10 people at this IHOP to say farewell to two long-time friends moving to NC. Arrangements were made with Mariah (Host) and she took care of everything. Our server was Savannah D. and between here exquisite personally, humor, and customers service, she helped to make a sad occasion enjoyable. We have Beverly been disappointed with this IHOP.

Parking was a bit of a challenge with the tight, overflowing lot, but once we got inside things turned around quickly. We were seated right away by friendly staff, and our waitress was fantastic—personable, funny, and genuinely engaging. The food was exactly what you expect from IHOP: consistent, comforting, and tasty. The pancakes were great, and the rest of the breakfast dishes hit the spot. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with my daughter’s celiac needs. They took the time to help us navigate gluten‑free options, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience with excellent service once we were through the door.
