We visited on Mother’s Day and were fully prepared for long waits and slow service, but we were pleasantly surprised! We were seated immediately, and our waitress was incredibly kind, checking in on us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. We had one minor delay with a dish, but we didn’t mind at all since we value fresh food. Even though we weren’t complaining, both the server and the manager went out of their way to apologize profusely. It’s rare to see a team so dedicated to customer satisfaction in this area. We’ll definitely be back to this specific location!

I spoke to Nikki the manager about the service that I received from five separate employees at this location. Yes that's correct five separate employees helped One customer. Triple plus rating to all employees involved in getting me my lunch today. First off I was greeted with a smile and sat down promptly with a beautiful smile from the lovely greeter at the door. Secondly my server was positive and thorough I could tell by the look on her face she was struggling a little bit with something in her life and she still provided me with excellent service. The cook who served me my food was a very pleasant young gentleman with a very positive and gentle attitude asked me was there anything else that I needed or anything missing. Dee, did not even serve me but the way that man runs around that restaurant, he can be on one end of the restaurant and still see people coming in the door telling them we'll be right with you,,,now that's attentiveness. And lastly but not least the elder gentleman the Busman noticed that I was looking for my waitress and he stopped and asked me how can he help and I said all I needed was some silverware he stopped what he was doing and went and got me some silverware and brought it back to my table with a smile. He could have looked the other way but he saw that I needed something and he stopped to help even though that is not part of his job criteria. Absolutely exemplary service from all the employees there both times I've been there. If I was management they would all be in line for a raise. It's very tough working on those hard concrete and tile floors on your feet all day or night long I know because I do it as a part-time job and I know so the service that I received was very appreciated and I gave them all tips. I tipped more this visit than the cost of my meal!!! Now that saying something about the service you receive at a restaurant. I hope they keep all these team members and that I see them again on my next visit a truly exceptional team. Sincerly, The Don.

Hello, I gave this location a four star overall (3.67). I’ll start with the two highlights. The server (I think Herman is the name based on the receipt) was excellent. He was taking care of customers, cleaning as he went, and had a positive attitude about it all. Most definitely made the experience great and the sole reason for the 5 star service rating. The other highlight is they are 24/7, which is great for a late night or early morning meal. The atmosphere was typical for the time I went (2am). Nothing over the top or to write home about but the location was clean which I appreciated. The three star rating for atmosphere is not negative at all. Lastly, the food was ok. I got the breakfast sampler and the best things were the pancakes and the hash browns. Not saying the other items weren’t good but also not great to warrant a higher rating. All in all I recommend this location and again take in consideration the time I went (2am) when reading.

Our Waitress Martika Nichols was above excellent. We had a large group and she served us fresh hot food and drinks very quickly. Hardly no wait time and none of our food was cold. Everyone’s food was hot and delicious. Great personality, her punctuality is a 10+. She deserves a raise due to not many people can multitask efficiently in a restaurant with a desirable personality. She handled our 5 tables and 2 booths from start to finish. A treasured employee!!!!! Request her Always!!!!!

Me and my wife had a very good experience at IHOP on military highway The waiter was very respectful. Food was on time. Hot. The gentleman named Kc was very respectable. I asked him to do something for me and he took it. Made me and my wife laugh so I kept the waiter. Also everyone go to IHOP military highway five stars baby. I'm 61 years old. Enjoyed myself and my wife did too!

Had a wonderful dining experience in Norolk area. The waitress was all together lovely and the food was great. Open during rhe snow plus very early showed the community and staff are on one accord to provide top quality nutrition in a time of crisis.
