I stopped by this IHOP for my birthday with my family, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. We waited quite a while to get seated since nobody was at the front, and once we were finally sat, it was pretty obvious our server didn’t want us in her section, which made for an awkward start. Then we got our coffee but had to wait around for silverware to stir it—it would be so much easier if they just put silverware down when they seat people. The food actually came out correct and pretty quick, but I had to ask for extra napkins twice and never got them. The real issue, though, was that it felt like the AC was broken. It was sweltering in there, and the booths were sticky just from the heat. I really do like the look of the place and want to give it a second chance because the food was solid, but they definitely need to tighten up the service and the atmosphere before it's a 5-star experience for me.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to. Our server, Lila, was so friendly and attentive the whole time. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often without being overbearing, and made sure everything came out right. She had such a positive attitude and made the meal even better. The food was great, but her service is what really stood out. I'll definitely be back and hope to have her as my server again!

My family and I wanted to go out to eat for our weekend morning, and we ultimately landed on the decision of IHOP. Though on a whim, the decision was definitely not regretted. We were greeted with warm smiles and urgency (which is awesome on a busy Saturday morning. Reggie, our server, was absolutely amazing as well. He was beyond attentive, accommodating, and possibly the friendliest server we’ve come across. Food was hot and came out in a timely manner. All together, the experience was great and we’ll definitely come back to see Reggie. :)

I always go into chain restaurants like this with low hopes, but i was proven completely wrong by my server lila (i think that was her name). Tall girl with dark hair, anyway, she kept my drink filled, came by to check on us frequently, and was SO polite, even giving us recommendations on her favorite food here. i will be back. wonderful service

Food was great! Service was good. It’s nice and quiet at this location. However, there was an ant crawling on the table. This organization needs more thorough cleaning to the tables, floor and chairs. Easy fix. Just clean.
