Kiera was our waitress, and she seriously made the whole experience. Super attentive, friendly without being over the top, and somehow always showed up right when we needed something—like she had a sixth sense for refills and empty plates. Absolute rockstar.

We had a great dinner here. Server was great. When we went in, they were almost empty so easy and quick to get seated. It was a very nice meal. Food was served hot and was very tasty.

Food was great but took a long time to come to the table. Also our server was amazing and made me feel extra special when she told me she could see how good of a dad i am by me and my daughters interactions. The only thing that made the night a lil crazy was there was a fight almost in the lobby area while we were eating and that effected our service because our server had to talk to the cops for a extended period of time. Totally not her fault and i tipped her extra for all she did to try and keep us happy. All in all a great dinner experience but.... a lil crazy haha.

This IHOP was great! It was the best IHOP food I've ever had! Compliments to the cook and the general manager who took the time to come by our table to speak to me and my daughter. Bri was the best server and she was attentive and professional. I'm so glad I chose to go to this location over others. Next time I want IHOP, I'll be going back to this location and hope Bri is working!

I came in and dined at Yorktown IHOP this morning. I was greeted at the door with a huge smile from one of the servers. She introduced herself as Rose, and brought me to my table. Rose was an excellent server! Very, VERY polite. Fast service. GREAT attitude. Apparently super new to this store, but doing amazing. I enjoyed speaking with her an having her as my server this morning!

I have to give a shout out. Today, I helped a friend host her 3 year old's birthday party. The Yorktown location has a perfect area cut off from the majority of the restaurant. Around 18 adults and 8 kids attended. The staff did a great job offering a "event menu", allowing us to use the space (as long as it wasn't a fire hazard) and created a birthday pancake that trumped any birthday cake. I am very happy with the celebration. Thank you, IHOP P.s. If you haven't been lately to this location, I hear that they are under new management and working on improving their restaurant and service for our community.

Food was great. We came in during the lunch rush but were sat right away. Our server, Miya, did a wonderful job at taking care of us despite her still being relatively new. She kept a beautiful smile and attitude while running around to her different tables. The manager was hands on, helping his staff keep up. Much better experience than the last time I was there. We had a great experience at IHOP thanks to the manager, Carlos. My sister accidentally dropped her phone down the side of the chair, and Carlos went out of his way to help us get it back. He was patient, kind, and handled the situation quickly without making us feel embarrassed. We really appreciated his help. Thank you, Carlos, for going above and beyond!
