If you come in I suggest a middle of the week night. Last tine I came in on a weekend it was kinda packed and food came oit kinda slow buuuut after being told there is only one cook it was understandable. But as I was saying a weeknight is the best time. Not very busy and its more of a personal experience with the server. If u come in ask for Jay, specifically. Both guys including the supervisor were very cool and they made my experience superior. I very strongly recommend you this place despite the negative publicity

Man oh man where do I even start? First of the service was immaculate. I was greeted at the door immediately upon entrance by a man named Jay who told us he was our server for the evening. He defimitely heightened our experience. Even though we wanted their signature lemonade splashers, there was no lemonade, sadly. But besides that he still was very attentive and super friendly. Now the food, sheesh when I say if I didnt know this was ihop I could've sworn this was a 5 star restaurant. The eggs were as if I were eating cheesy clouds. And the bacon was so fresh as if they got it off a pig in the back. The potatoes in my hash browns tasted like they have their own potato farm. Slim, who introduced himself as the shift supervisor was very friendly and had us cracking up at how fast we destroyed the food lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location at 11745 Jefferson Avenue especially on the day those guys work. For it to only be two people they were amazing. Both of those guys deserve a raise. We will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for hiring such amazing staff

Every time we’ve gone here over the past couple years we always get Eliza as our server. We remember her because she is the best of the best, always making sure the customer is having a great experience. I don’t even think she has to try, seems to be just her spirit and good nature with people. See you again soon!

I went to ihop 1145 on jefferson with my family we had the best service and food ,,, The guy slim food was amazing ,, service was amazing ,slim made our food even came to check on our table personally,, I never ate somebody food that was soo good ,, & he was so polite,, my kids is asking to go back when the guy slim is working ,,he is dedicated to what he does 5 stars for him !!!!!!

This place was perfection. I came with a few of my friends and the service was so well. Amazing waiters and then the food was as also just as amazing as it wasn’t too hot or cold just the perfect amount needed. I would definitely recommend going here and I will be going to this location again. ☺️
