Miss Nikki was amazing had our whole entire order correct was on point with refilling our drinks kept making sure my family was ok with everything and talk about amazing with our one year old daughter she went out of her way to let her know she seen her also. Even though it was Father’s Day and IHOP was extremely busy, Deven really stood out because of her sense of urgency and positive attitude. She was upfront and let us know that there would be a wait before our food arrived, which we appreciated because it helped set our expectations. The food was good when it finally came out, and throughout the entire experience, Deven remained friendly, attentive, and professional. Thank you, Deven, for making a hectic holiday brunch enjoyable for our family. Great service goes a long way!

Devin made our breakfast even better! She had such a positive attitude and kept a smile on her face even while staying busy. She took our order quickly, brought out our drinks and food without delay, checked in often, and had our check ready when we needed it. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. After a disappointing experience at First Watch, I came here. My server Chalae was nearly perfect. There is no such thing as a perfect waitress but she hit all of questions and courtesy that I would expect from customer service. I let her know about my experience at first watch and was pleased that I got my food so quick. The GM Erica came out and I explained to her that the service was great and it’s really all I ask for when dining in. Erica seemed very caring when I was speaking to her. Will probably come back and bring family.

When I came to IHOP, I had a server name Deven greeted me with great hospitality and had positive attitude. She made me feel welcome and comfortable to be at IHOP. Deven is clean, organized and very hard working from what i have noticed. She made sure I had everything I need on the table. She gave the best quality of service as a server. I love the level of service she provided. I would come back again as long as she is my server. I would recommend my friends to come so they can get the same experience that I received. If you decide to come to IHOP, asked for Deven to be your server. She is extremely awesome!!!!
