We always do breakfast when we go to IHOP. Food is good. We usually go when we have our 5 year old grandson because IHOP is favorite place. They always have friendly helpful wait staff, but never enough. Just plan to stay awhile. Family friendly. Plenty of free parking.

Food tastes great! Service was good as well! Only complaint (if that) would be utensils looked smudged and dirty but that was probably just after they were cleaned and were touched to be put away. Otherwise- good place!

This is the best IHOP I have ever been to! The service is always good and the food never disappoints. Make sure to ask for a large plate for your pancakes, no one can eat pancakes on a saucer!

This IHOP is a step above the rest.. very friendly great good and service. Waitress are always very pleasant. This is my third time here to see and all 3 times have been wonderful.. great job IHOP Smokey point you guys rock.. 🤘

I think the IHOP in Smokey Point got a menu upgrade. The menu seemed to have a lot of changes. The flow was good and it felt like there were more options to 55+ in the $10 range. The food was good, hot and all came out at the same time. We felt well attended to and didn't feel rushed to leave. Thanks

Not a lot of customers but still had to wait to be seated, order and get my food. Probably a staffing problem because my waitress was very attentive. Also, I ordered what is probably not one of the most often ordered at this location. Guessing the kitchen staff are super busy. My Poblano Benedict was very good. Eggs a little overdone and meal has cooled by the time I got it. Still I will order Poblano Benefict again. It was tasty. The hash browns were crispy. I am taking half the order home for later. Very satisfying meal. Friendly staff. Bright, clean atmosphere.

Literally everyone who works here is the nicest I've ever met. Their food is super fresh and super affordable. When you're in a pinch and in a hurry, you mostly come here because the elders in the family like it. It's not my number one choice, but we got exceptional service during the holidays. All the young people here are so sweet.

My first time eating here. They were polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I was impressed on how fast our order was. It was fully cooked and exactly what we ordered. That's unusual for me my order is almost always wrong. Everyone else's will be right but mine will be messed up at times it's not even in the bag or brought to the table my meal was forgotten yet it never missed being on the bill. I've been out to eat on double date with friends and they just didn't make my order brought 3 meals to the table.....so this is a huge deal for me. When we left we weren't full n frumpy we were happy energized and ready to tackle the rest of our day. That comes from the atmosphere so highly recommend eating here. Arlington restaurant on November 25,2025 at 12:45 pm this crew works together beautifully.

I've been here multiple times and the food is always good. The service is a 50/50 though. The last server I had there was super friendly and talkative. The one before that was super distracted by family members who had come to dine in and kept talking with them and not checking on my group. I always recommend IHOP for the food, but service is dependent on when you go and what location.
