Since reopening as Applebee's and IHOP the service has improved. My server Javier was on top of it. Took my order promptly. Checked in with me repeatedly and was very friendly. The manager helped deliver plates and walked around checking in with everyone. My food was very good. I got the sirloin tips with pancakes. It was all cooked perfectly.

We unknowingly visited on a training day while everyone was really busy prepping for the Applebee's/ihop crossover. The menu was limited but the food & service were both really good and since it was a training day, our meals were free. I'll definitely be back. That being said, I actually walked out of the old Applebee's for terrible service the last time I was in Beaver Dam so I'm glad they are starting over.

Our experience at IHOP was made even better thanks to our waitress, Daniela! She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. Daniela made sure everything was perfect and checked in with us with such a positive attitude. We truly look forward to having her as our waitress again the next time we come back for breakfast!
