Nakita was our server and her professional experience made our meal very enjoyable. The cook, Steve, made our food so quickly but yet it was not rushed leaving anything out. I could clearly tell both these employees were seasoned in their professsion. We will definitely dine again at IHOP. Thank you for the wonderful food and dining experience. Highly recommend this establishment.

Our experience was really great. Nice hot food. The cook Steve did a great job even ask us how our food was. Your manager Nakita was very nice even after a labor day crowd had kept them busy. Very glad we came in. 4.38 am.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING experience at IHOP! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such kindness and genuine hospitality. Our server, Trey, was absolutely phenomenal! He was friendly, attentive, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire meal. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing great service. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Sarah, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. She was professional, welcoming, and truly made us feel valued as customers. It’s refreshing to see a manager who is actually involved, attentive, and willing to make sure guests have a great experience. The food was delicious, but honestly, the service is what made this visit stand out. Trent and Sarah are a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Employees like them are the reason people come back! If you’re looking for a place with good food AND amazing service, definitely give this IHOP a visit. Ask for Trent—you won’t be disappointed! And Sarah deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and her staff. Thank you, Trent and Sarah, for making our visit such a great one! Shout out to Mrs Jenny on day shift for the Great friendly service, she always comes to the table with a smile and is great with all ages as I have a mixed age family unit and she makes everyone very comfortable every time. Shout out to night shift as well I come for breakfast and dinnera couple days of the week and the manager Mrs Nakita and her staff are always nice and very attentive we get refills in a timely manner and food is always delicious

Good food, managers and servers are always nice and have great conversation and make you feel at home. Theanagers definitely try to uphold the family atmosphere despite a few other customers that were being pretty rude to the staff the staff said they've been slow and only work one or 2 servers a night but you can tell they do the best they can with what they got. I will be back for sure

Outstanding Service from Porsche! We had a wonderful experience at IHOP on Lindbergh today, thanks in large part to our server, Porsche. She was professional, timely, attentive, and never missed a thing. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—not just taking care of her own tables, but helping and checking on other guests throughout the restaurant. She worked incredibly hard, and you could tell she genuinely takes pride in the work she does and in making sure every guest is taken care of. We truly enjoyed our experience. Porsche is an outstanding server, and IHOP is lucky to have her!

We had a wonderful breakfast, and our server, Porsche, was exceptional. She was fast, efficient, attentive, and incredibly organized. She was serving multiple tables at once, yet some how stayed on top of everyone’s needs, remembered what we requested, and made sure each table received excellent service. We truly wanted to make sure Porsche received recognition for her hard work. Her dedication and level of service stood out and made our breakfast experience wonderful. She is a tremendous asset to your team.

This combo special was prety good. I would order it again but I guess it doesn't exist. This is the first time I've gone to a restaurant like this and actually liked my eggs the first time. I would go back just for that.the pancakes and French toast were fluffy in the correct places and had that crisp browned edges on the toast. I actually got potatoes which they brought out later. They were vèry good.
