There was one server and one cook when we went. The server kept telling us she was new( there were lots of mistakes). Service was fast but there were only 2 tables at a time. The food was pretty good. The hashbrowns were rushed and not cooked quite enough but I ate them. I got cinnamon bun crepes, 3 ppl got stuffed French toast. My crepes were totally flooded with topping but edible. They loved the French toast. We would go back. Cleanliness was lacking however. Our feet stuck to the floor and you can see black foot prints on the wood flooring. My shoe actually stuck to the floor. I get they are short staffed so it is what it is.

Had a great brunch Saturday, but our server Rhonda is what really stood out. You can tell immediately that she’s experienced and genuinely good at what she does. She never missed a refill, cleared plates without us asking, and somehow knew exactly when we needed something without constantly interrupting our meal. We watched her effortlessly juggle several tables while still making every table feel taken care of. We even overheard the family behind us complimenting her service too! Rhonda truly seems like the kind of employee who holds a place together behind the scenes. I really hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. Employees like her are the reason people come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been here multiple times, and it's been a good place to get some hotcakes and milkshakes. Always love going here on my birthday. The atmosphere has that classic, almost nostalgic tinge to it. The scent of coffee, bacon, and freshly made eggs and pancake is always a comfort.

This is the place to go to on a weekend late night.! Nothing decent open except "ihop" ! The service was great ,only one waitress who served as hostess , waitress and busboy. She did a great job ! It can get busy after midnight. The food was delicious , a pretty nice menu. Hats off to the kitchen. ! This definitely will be my go to place with prices affordable. Hurrah for ihop , no disappointments !

I had an extremely pleasant meal with my children and brother, our servers name was Phoenix, I’ve never been so welcomed before anywhere I’ve ever been! Always smiling, I drive from girard rather than the Nile’s I hop, just to have a good experience we come every Saturday😌

Phoenix was the only waitress here and she didn't let that stop her. She worked hard with a great attitude and there isn't any other waitress I would have wanted. She is definitely 5 star! Ihop is lucky to have her. Ihop needs to schedule more waitress so she doesn't get burned out and quit!
