The coffee was good, much better than the hotel I am staying in...The hashbrowns were cooked exactly as I asked. The eggs were too! The servers was very nice.

The Best iHop in Maryland! When you need a stack of pancakes this is the place to come to! Other IHOPs in the area cannot compare! The weightstaff the best! When you get the chance to come to this location ask for Linda, or Claudia ! You will not be disappointed in the service so TIP will!

I came there with my daughter and the food and atmosphere was wonderful. But even better was the service. Joseline was our server and she was exceptionally good at her job. She was very attentive and kind. She even offered to sing my daughter happy birthday since it was her birthday but my daughter being shy declined, but the suggestion and the acknowledgement made her day. Nice location and service was superb.

My wife and I stopped in here late one night after a long day of shopping, and honestly, I’m just glad they were open. We couldn't decide what to eat and settled on "breakfast for dinner," which turned out to be a great choice. ​I went with the standard Breakfast Sampler (two eggs, two pancakes, bacon, and sausage) but asked to swap out the ham for extra bacon and sausage. The kitchen got the modification exactly right. Everything was cooked perfectly, the pancakes were fluffy, and the eggs were done just the way I wanted them. ​Despite it being pretty busy for a late night, the staff was very friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. This location did exactly what an IHOP is supposed to do: make good pancakes, serve a solid breakfast, and get it to the table hot. It really hit the spot.

I’m so impressed with how far IHOP has come! After a change in management, the experience here has completely transformed for the better. The service is now attentive and friendly, the food quality has noticeably improved, and the atmosphere feels refreshed and welcoming. It’s clear the new team really cares about the guests and the details.

What a difference new management makes! I’ll admit, I hadn’t been back in a while, but after hearing about the change, I decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt more positive and organized. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor you can tell there’s more care and consistency coming out of the kitchen now. It’s clear the new leadership has brought fresh energy and higher standards. This restaurant has truly stepped up its game, and it shows in every detail. We’ll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for 10+ years. This pace has changed ownership or something. The night shift server and host are terrible compared to the sweet lady that used to be there. I've come by 3 times and experience the exact same thing. You should drive the extra few minutes to another Ihop. The host is never at the front when I come in, he is always sitting and stuffing his face with food in the corner somewhere. I stand around awkwardly until he lifts his head and looks. Server has zero training and feels like hes being forced to be there. Through out my meal he does not check up on me once. I have to call from across the room to get a refill. He does not make eye contact at all, so I have to actually call for him. Its not rocket science that you check on the customers 3 times throughout the meal (once to get the order, second shortly after being served meal, third when meal is finished). Server is slow on the ipad and I have to repeat my order more than once.... he still gets my order wrong. He is always sitting around talking with the host. When I am done with the meal I purposely sat there timing when he will actually see me, 10 minutes pass, I end up calling for him. These two guys will cost you business. I will not be returning until theyre replaced.

Wonderful-WONDERFUL-WONDERFUL!!!! Originally, I wanted my seating to be changed in the dining area and it was. Thank you to the hostess cause I am picky. What a Blessing!! Our server was then Justin and how AMAZING is he!! Pleasant! Fast! Responsive! Kind and patient. Served my food exactly as I ordered. The manager while I was here around 1:20. She was sooo kind and helped to get my phone correct. I love coming here!! Clean and welcoming!

Silly of me to think it'd be a breeze dining in on NYD- but I was able to order take out instead, and the wait for my food wasn't bad; and- nice and hot still (and my two coffee drinks- were still hot) when I got home (roughly 15-20 mins away) to enjoy. I am here to just share the level of calm, and professionalism despite pure busyness on New Year's day. The young lady and gentleman at the front (I didn't catch their names, unfortunately) were in full swing as there were MANY families coming to share a meal and time with family/friends all at once. The staff were calm, patient, and very accomodating from my POV. I also like the fact that even in all the mayhem (just super crowded at the front with families trying to add their names to the list for seating) they even maintained a pick up order list- having anyone picking up an order sign their name and the time of pick up. Kudos to this team of workers (the cooks, waiters and watresses too!) I'll definitely return; hopefully I'll be able to dine in next go round.
