After a terrible experience at the IHOP in Winston Salem, I was reluctant to stop at IHOP but my grandsons wanted pancakes. We were greeted with smiles and could sit where we requested in order to keep an eye on our truck with a pet inside. The food was good and waitress was very courteous.

Absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. Our server Keturah was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, which made our experience exceptional. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again!

Josh should learn to not talk about his customers while they were still in the store, the table was not set up for us, waited 45 mins for simple refills, complained about how much we tipped well I hate to explain this to him but you tip is based off of the service you offer us not because we chose to go eat, maybe he needs to be retrained or find a job with lower expectations.

I went to I-hop in Clemmons yesterday and absolutely loved it. I can’t help but to write about it since it was on my mind all day today. The server was good and the food was good but what stood out to me was the busser, I believe her name is Flor. She had the brightest smile, and she was super nice and extremely hardworking. Will definitely go there again!

Stopped in on our way out of town visiting family. We were sat fairly quickly and friendly. Our waitress was Adrianna, and we bonded over having the same last name, which was cool. She was on top of our drinks and always checking to see if we needed anything. Food was taking some time and she made sure to let us know what was happening and apologizing. Food was typical for a place like this but had decent prices. Overall a good experience and Adrainna made it worth it. Definitely ask for her if she is working, you won't be disappointed.

Had my server Adrianna the other day she was absolutely phenomenal!! Very knowledgeable about the menu and was extremely caring and attentive to our table. Highly recommend her and will definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful time at ihop today. Got to enjoy breakfast with my life long friend. The spicy poblano omelette was so good our server Makayla suggested it and it did wonders. She was so sweet and made sure everything was perfect. IHOP I will be back!

Adrianna was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She had a great attitude, checked on us often without being overbearing, and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Adrianna as our waitress again. Highly recommend!

I am a sucker for pancakes and I hop does not disappoint with the selection. I also like that they’re open late on the weekends. As for the service, my waitress Adrianna exceeded my expectations. She was quick, efficient and very attentive. I felt very welcomed and every need I had was quickly catered to. If you go in request Adrianna.

It did take a quick second for someone to greet me and sit me as the restaurant was bare so staff busied themselves with other tasks, however, after I was seated I was waited on by Josh. Josh was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful suggesting I make my separate à la carte orders into a combo to save a little money. The food did not take incredibly long to come out but my French toast did seem to be a little lukewarm. Still delicious, but lukewarm. After I finished my meal I sat around for a bit but was not hurried or rushed away from the table. It was a very good overall experience.

No longer offering the Harvest Grain & Nut pancakes. That's disappointing. The service can be sketchy at times but the food is usually pretty good.
