Good evening everyone. I visited this location of IHOP for the first time today. I had a taste for grits, home fries and turkey bacon. I had not had any of those items in a very long time. Since my room was not available, it was too early, I had to wait so I decided to kill time by treating myself to breakfast. I did not have to wait today. I asked the two employees if they had grits before I committed to sitting down and they said yes. I was so happy because I had a taste for grits. Jesse was my capable and nice server. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a value deal based on my order so I would not have to pay so much. I really appreciated that. First they brought me grits with the butter already on it and I asked for butter on the side and Jesse took it back and brought me another order of the grits with the butter on the side. I also had a cup of hot chocolate without the whipped cream. That tasted so good today since today was very chilly and windy, just a breezy day. I ate all of my food and then I used the rest room. My bill was $13.95. My value breakfast combo was $7.00, which included the grits and turkey bacon for $1.99 and hot chocolate for $3.99, the base was $12.98 and the taxes were .97 cents and the total was $13.95. I enjoyed my food today. It was good. I enjoyed Jesse's great service today and he assisted me with the cashier transaction. I went to the rest room and it was clean and neat equipped with paper towels, soap and soap dispensers. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.

As an avid lover of IHOP, I was SO happy to visit this location. It has come under new management recently and it shows. Quick service, incredibly attentive service, and warm smiles all around. Our server Ashley gave good recommendations and advice when we were between a few items. The manager was working right alongside her team to ensure tables were turned over, and everyone was taken care of. We will definitely be back around.

This was my 2nd time visiting that location. The food is delicious and rich! The Servers are nice and friendly and they have 2 great discount meals! My only complaint is the size of the ham, its the size of 2 bites and not a slice.

It took awhile before someone came to seat us. There were 3 different parties waiting to be seated and employees either just walked by or looked at us from across the restaurant. Mine you, the place was almost empty yet there were several employees there. After that though, the server was attentive and the food was good. But the first impression was horrible.

I visited this IHOP three times with friends on Thanksgiving Day (2022, 2024 and 2025), and one other time by myself in May 2023. In each visit, I ordered the same thing: quick 2-egg breakfast, with eggs scrambled, 2 sausage links and wheat toast. I had a different server every time and have not been disappointed. Food and service was consistently good. Price was reasonable. This IHOP is suitable for solo or group party. Parking (free) was plentiful when I was there (between 8am to 11am). I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal - especially the quick 2-egg breakfast - at a reasonable price.
