Me and my girlfriend have been to this location multiple times. We went this past weekend and safe to say we won’t be coming back, we never know how the service will go unless Cameron is there. The last 3 visits we requested him and he wasn’t there, this should not be an issue but it was. I don’t know if he was fired or left but the other servers should take a masterclass in customer service, including the older ladies that work there. During slow and rush times Cameron’s service was always there and never missed a mark, it just doesn’t compare to the other servers, especially their attitudes.

Its a very busy day with a lot of customers. Ms. Donna was my server and she was amazing. She gave me a great meal suggestion, made sure I had everything I needed, and made sure I didnt feel rushed. I'll look to sit in her section next time I come back.

Service, food, atmosphere and everything was outstanding. My only issue was that they got rid of the gluten-free pancake batter. My mom has celiac and has to eat gluten-free. I read online they got rid of it at a company-wide level due to low sales and high waste. It seems like a simple solution would be a powdered gluten-free pancake mix. Since it's a powder, it would have a MUCH longer shelf life and there would be far less waste. I talked to the General Manager of this store and he agreed that the powdered mix would be a good idea. Other than that, everything else is outstanding. There is a reason I come back every week.

Just had a great breakfast at the IHOP in Apex North Carolina. We were in a bit of a rush and the staff there was very accommodating, especially Donna H. She made sure we got everything we needed and got out the door on time. She was even able to honor a coupon that was slightly past its expiration date for a free short stack of pancakes. I would highly recommend this location and if you go, ask for Donna H as your server, and you won’t be sorry.

Took our 3 year old grandson out for lunch. The kid's menu had a big selection and included pictures so he could look at the options and identify what he wanted without assistance. What a great idea! Our sever, Cameron was awesome. He was professional, helpful and readily available. The food was delicious. We ordered breakfast and lunch options and no one was disappointed. We will be returning.

We came here for breakfast, and Donna was our server. We were seated immediately. Donna was incredible- very friendly, informative, and welcoming. I got a build-your-own omelette with spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese. I got my order 10 minutes after placing it, which was pretty good. The omelette was delicious. I think it could have used a little more filling (bacon and cheese) but it tasted great anyway. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. I did not get any pancakes or items that warranted syrup, but I liked that they had different syrup options because the IHOP close to us at home does not. Overall, we had a really nice time here and I would definitely recommend this location!

I enjoyed my experience at IHOP in Apex. The waitress and server were friendly and I received my food fast and hot. I would recommend my family and friends to go and have the same experience. The manager came over to serve coffee and asked if we needed anything. That’s excellent customer service.

Great experience at IHOP in Apex! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when you’re wanting a classic breakfast.
