It was great I went in sat down one of the nice quiet breakfast but then they stuck this huge family next to me with a bunch of kids it was real noisy then I just wanted a quiet breakfast so I quickly wrapped up my food and I left but other than that it was great I'm not against kids or anything but I just really wanted to have a quiet breakfast

My wife daughter and I went to the rochester ihop this morning around 10 am. It was busier than usual and they seemed to be short staffed. With that being said we still recieved excellent service. We were promptly seated by the general manager Chris and our waitress Michelle came over shortly after. We received our food quickly and it was hot and very good. My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience today!!! Thank you Chris and Michelle!!!

Liberty outstanding service. She took time explaining the 55 and six dollars meal,also where on the menu.fast and attention to needs of her customers. Great job. The oncor of the restaurant out dated, but it very clean and maintained. The food was good . 6.00 bucks you get 2 eggs 2 pancakes I got one sausage and one bacon. It had great taste and hot. Only on thing I think is high was 4.00 for soda. This ihop great place to bring or come alone. Great experience

We haven't been here in awhile and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. It felt more like the old Friendly's with everyone in eating and visiting while eating.

We managed to go on the off peak moment before a rush - we've waited for a seat before, today was no rush, no wait, for a seat. The waitress was friendly enough, but the time between getting or drinks and menus, to the time we were ready to order seemed to be a long time - compared to when the order was taken and the food came, we waited longer for the initial orders to be taken. We definitely got our orders, and had our fill, but it seemed like we did have minimal time with her, when she came around. Not really a complaint, just an observation, if she hadn't left the extra carafe of coffee, she would have been sought; go, the food is edible, the company is what You make it, but don't expect to see the waitress if You do have a need/concern, if we didn't like the food, I'm still not sure she'd have stuck around to hear that answer either. She was pleasant, but didn't expect the long wait for the second time, and the fly by check in, she lingered longer for the check than for any other time. Food was good, will come back, just caught me off guard for how absent the staff was during a lull. I still can't get over the small bug I swatted away while eating, and that kind of bothers me, but I know flies are insidious and sneak in on others, given it was small, and I saw one, I figured that it must have traveled in on someone - but I took the rest of my food 'to go'. For $30, and two meals, I'll come back, but not too soon.

The food was awesome. Haven’t been to an iHop since 2022, but when I came back, it still is amazing. The staff were very nice and funny, and overall I recommend going to this place for breakfast or any type of time of day.

I go here a lot with my partner & service dog. They are always accommodating & always nice. Food is hot & good/standard for ihop. They make substitutions easily & all walkways are wide enough for wheelchair users. They are always busy so be prepared to wait a little (not longer than 10-15 mins)
