Jazz was a really nice server. I asked for something on the menu that they discontinued but he made sure to make something very similar! I'm expecting so getting the craving correct is a must ! & Jazz made sure my craving was satisfied!! Highly recommended the Bloomfield location & Jazz as a server 🥰

Went in on a rainy Sunday morning and was immediately pleased by the spaciousness of the place: wide spaces between tables, the seating arrangements are convenient, and the floors and walls are clean and bright. Our greeter got us to our big booth right away — huge for just two people! After scanning the menu (which is nicely presented and concise, not overwhelming at all) for a few minutes, we got our full order in with our friendly and cheerful server Shay. Our drinks (fresh OJ is great!) came out fast within couple of minutes, followed soon after by all the food. Since the time we walked in and the first bite, it was less than 15 minutes. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious, serving portions first seemed small but did fill us just right! What impressed us next is the overall service: Shay and her colleagues (Jazz and a taller slim young lady) were covering all the tables visibly, attentively and friendly with the customers. Whatever we asked for: a glass of water, hot sauce, takeout boxes, etc., we got right away. Then they were part of a big team of about 6-7 staff that stormed out of the kitchen, a slice of cake with candle in a plate, and started cheering and sang happy birthday to a lucky yet surprised young customer. We can see us customers appreciate that we are well taken care of, and the staff is such an efficient team. Shay gave two young kids their to-go drinks in colorful reusable tumblers. Even when other customers left, their tables got cleared tight away, and cleaned for the next party! When we walked up to the register to pay our tab with Jazz, my wife asked if we can chat with the supervisor Shayla. Jazz gladly went back to the kitchen, and Shayla came out after less than a minute. Despite her busy day, Shayla spent a couple of minutes to chat with us. We commended her and her team, as we praised her management and their amazing results in efficiency, presentation, cleanliness, teamwork and efficiency. Truly the service is topnotch. We’ve been to many IHOP locations in the Tristate area but by far, this is the one we now consider the best, that we will promote and come back to. Keep up the great work Bloomfield team and owners!
