I’ve been dining at this IHOP for over a year, and during that time Nikhil has always been my favorite and go-to server. He consistently provided exceptional service. Nikhil is friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He always made sure everything was just right, checked in at the perfect times, and created a welcoming environment that kept me coming back. His positive attitude and strong work ethic were always noticeable, so it’s no surprise that he has been promoted to the well-deserved position of General Manager. While I’m sad so lose you as my favorite server, I’m ecstatic for your promotion ! Congratulations Nik — this location is lucky to have your leadership. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Jayden, and the great service clearly continues. Jayden was polite, attentive, and very personable. He made sure my order was accurate and had a warm, friendly demeanor that made the experience enjoyable. It’s great to see that the high standard of service Nikhil helped create is still being carried on by servers like Jayden. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Walked in on Saturday morning and was seated right away. Our waiter Oscar came to take our order soon after. He was wonderful. Friendly and so polite! Promptly took our order and food came out quickly. Everything was hot and delicious!
