Stumbled into the Freehold iHop one day cause I was craving a good breakfast. I was greeted with a smile, and brought to a spotless booth. My waiter, Jake, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was craving pancakes so took his recommendation and ordered the protein pancakes. Wow, they were delicious and filling! I couldn’t eat the eggs and bacon, so I took that home for lunch. I’d recommend this location over others in the area. If you so go,ask for Jake and you’ll be treated great and have excellent service !!

He took the time to make us feel welcome and ensured that every part of our meal went smoothly. Steven was knowledgeable about the menu, answered questions with confidence, and offered helpful recommendations that enhanced our meal. He checked in at the perfect times, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. Even during busy moments, he remained calm, organized, and focused on providing exceptional service. What impressed me most was his ability to make our table feel valued. Small details, such as anticipating needs before we had to ask and maintaining a friendly, upbeat demeanor, made a significant difference. It is clear that Steven takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for his guests. The IHOP in Freehold is small but pristine and very clean. The food is consistently good and the service, especially Brianna, is excellent. I took off one star on atmosphere because the room temp tends to be too warm at breakfast but you need a sweater at dinner.
