I had an absolutely wonderful experience at IHOP today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Matte, whose warm smile, kindness, and welcoming personality immediately made me feel valued as a guest. She was professional, attentive, and created such a positive first impression. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. My server, Jovan, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to explain different options, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made excellent recommendations. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell he takes pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring his guests have a great dining experience. I was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not only were the tables spotless, but I noticed the staff taking the extra step to clean underneath the tables as well. That level of attention to detail says a lot about the management and staff’s commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, this IHOP location exceeded my expectations. Between Matte’s warm welcome, Jovan’s exceptional service, and the outstanding cleanliness of the restaurant, this was truly a five-star experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

First time visiting this IHOP location in Bay Terrace. The very pretty lady waiting on us (Dianna?) was pleasant. Went on the Monday after mother's day so it was quiet. I'll be back if I'm in the area.
