I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding service I received from Lashonda at the Newburgh IHOP completely compelled me to do so. ​I arrived at the restaurant in complete distress—stranded, hungry, exhausted, and having a thoroughly rough day. From the moment I walked through the door, Lashonda didn't just see another customer; she saw someone who genuinely needed a break. ​She immediately stepped in with an incredible amount of warmth, empathy, and genuine kindness that completely turned my day around. She made sure I was comfortable, got some hot food in front of me quickly, and checked on me with the kind of care you usually only get from family. It wasn’t just about the great service (which was flawless); it was about her humanity and radar for someone going through a tough moment. ​By the time I left, I felt safe, full, and completely at ease. Lashonda is an absolute asset to this IHOP location and a shining example of what true hospitality looks like. If management is reading this, please give this woman the recognition—and the raise—she truly deserves! ​Thank you again, Lashonda. You were a lifesaver!

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really made my visit special was my server, Jenn she’s always friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything i needed throughout my meal. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for making my visit such an enjoyable one. I will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by her again !!

Today was horrible. Waited over 45 min for 4 meals to come out and it was cold and hard. 1 meal was replaced. 1 meal wasn't edible and had the nerve to be asked if I wanted boxes. If I didn't eat it there what makes you think I wanna take it home!
