Had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The pancakes were fluffy, the portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. I always get the Philly cheesesteak stacker. I love when Theo is my server. He’s always so attentive and thoughtful. I wish all the servers were like Theo. If you see him, give him a big tip and tell him I sent you!

I visit Ihop at Northwood Commons very often, and Theo have been my server a few times he is by far the most respectful, well mannered young man. Theo had our order right and kept our drinks full. I will always ask for him when I go. Good job young man.

Visited the restaurant and ordered take out. Food was promptly served. We requested our Sarah cooked mid rare. The temperature was perfect. We also ordered the chicken fajita omelette. Packed with lots of meat and vegetables.

When we went here, the restaurant was almost empty, I am always leery of a restaurant that has little to no customers. However, it was a Tuesday afternoon so it’s somewhat understandable. The food was so delicious the french toast was light, rich and buttery , the bacon was crispy, and cooked evenly. Service was fast, the server was polite and pleasant. The price was very reasonable, this was a pleasant dining experience.
