Seriously the Best Mushroom and Spinach Omelette with Hollidaise on top! I have had a string of dry, off balanced omelettes so I stopped ordering them when going out to eat. This IHOP, though connected to a gas station, was food was phenomenal. The cinnamon crepes! The pancakes! The Avocado toast! The waitresses were friendly and attentive and helpful to one another. It was busy enough to make it an extremely pleasant visit. #1 omelette experience in my 4 decades of life! I wish I had taken a photo. Their iced coffee hit the spot too. Gas was a decent price as well.
