IHOP still does what it’s known for—reliable, no-frills breakfast whenever you need it. I ordered a Belgian waffle and asked for it a bit crispier than usual. The staff got it right without any hassle, which says a lot about consistency and attention to simple requests. They also run a tight, clean operation. The place is well-maintained, and the staff carry themselves with a professionalism that stands out. If something is even slightly off, they handle it quickly—and usually with a smile. Over years of going here, I can count actual mistakes on one hand in a given year, which says a lot about how they operate. There’s a sense that the team follows a simple principle: treat people the way you’d want to be treated. That shows in both service and atmosphere. That said, I do miss some of the menu variety from before COVID-19 pandemic. A few of the older offerings added more personality to the lineup, and their absence is noticeable if you’ve been coming here for a while. Overall, IHOP remains a dependable stop for breakfast, brunch, or a late-night meal. It may not have the full range it once did, but it still delivers where it counts.

Had a great experience at IHOP/Applebee’s! The food came out quick, everything was fresh, and the atmosphere was super welcoming. Huge shoutout to George, the manager, for running such a great operation and making sure everything was on point. You can tell he really cares about the customers and his team. And Renee, our waitress, was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She really made the experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and a solid meal!

We've gone to a bunch of regular IHOPs around the country and this was definitely a change but also nice. It the takes the homeyness of an IHOP and makes it a bit on the fancy side. Staff was prompt and very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The food all came out in very short order and cooked exactly like requested. I do understand that being a combined restaurant they have to sacrifice some things but I was a little bummed that they didn't have the crispy breakfast potatoes to go with my steak tips. Granted it is just my opinion and a lot of people prefer the hash browns but I found the potatoes so much better. I end up playing less Russian roulette of super crispy or super soggy that you do with the hash browns. The burgers that we ordered were cooked perfectly and made very well and even our picky burger eater ate all of hers. On that same note are picky waffle eater ate all of theirs as well and said it was cooked perfectly. So all in all good first time experience on the combined restaurant definitely a go again.

Traveled here from Houston and stopped by one of the nicest locations I've been! My local Applebee's closed down so it was great to meet this young man and this great staff!

The service was excellent. The breakfast tasted old like it was made earlier then reheated. Overall I would come visit again to give it another try. Sometimes behind the scenes, we as customers don't know what actually is going on with the cook and other staff.
