Holy cow! I haven't been to ihop in forever but don't sleep on it. They have so many new things, like their stuffed French toast, poblano eggs Benny, and special pancake stacks look just like the pictures on the menu and taste just as good. Mckell was so amazing and kind. She was attentive even though she had a bunch of other tables. Def going back to try the huge omelette I saw another table get!

I definitely recommend the place, but here and there, it can be lacking, busy, with longer service intervals. Etc. To start, the food has not yet disappointed and is pretty reasonably priced. You will spend about 20-25 per person. Service varies but everyone who has worked with me so far has been good, and Alex, who works at nighttime, exceptional customer service, and exceptional knowledge on the menu system, allowing little room for confusion when customizing an order for someone. Great guy. Atmosphere is like a fancier waffle house. It is appealing to a wide audience and for me, nostalgic to some degree. Last I saw my father and grandparents was a day I spent here eating smiley face pancakes. Sad, but it's there. Good staff. Very clean, wide menu options, but I believe a recent menu graphic change so it's taken getting used to trying to find where all the stuff is. No BIG complaints so far, so 4.5 for me.

I don’t usually like having breakfast but when I came to ihop I had Preslie as my server and she made this the BEST experience ever. She was super funny and nice, we got our food and drinks very fast. I’m 100% coming back and asking for her again wouldn’t want ANYONE else taking care of me other than her !
