If you're gonna come for anything at this ihop location, come for the beautiful, amazing, and friendly waitress Atiya. Since entering the restaurant, she was so friendly and outgoing with us, making sure we were okay and letting us know how much time we had left for our food to be done or when other items were coming. To be honest, it felt like we were best friends conversing and having a kiki with each other! We were about 7 (which changed to 8 later) and she made sure EACH of us were okay and doing great! Conversations included her telling us what Disney characters we were and STRONG affirmation! Atiya was so wonderful and this was our first visit to Philly, so she made this visit 1000x amazing at showing the love Philly is known for💕

It seems to me this IHOP location nestled in Center city has attracted all of the bougie Ken and Karen's that expect 5 star hotel service for a regular breakfast spot. The food was cooked as expected and tasted fine. The servers were wonderful and nice and the interior is clean. If you're complaining for waiting 10 minutes on breakfast, go eat at McDonald's. Would recommend this location even if it's only decent cheap breakfast.

I enjoyed my brunch with my family and we loved our time here. The server was short with colored hair. The food was fast. My kid enjoyed her happy face cup cake pancake with loads of whip cream and sprinklers. The kid is happy and we all were. Definitely returning.

This Location they were fast , polite and every employee worked together to satisfy customers,the manager was very active and made sure i was satisfied before departing answered every question about Ramadan promptly and respectful. Great Job that place was overly crowded on national pancake day !!
