We are regular customers and always have a good experience. Tonight our waitress was Elia. She always does a great job! Depending on when you dine here, you usually have the same wait staff, and they recognize you and everyone is extremely friendly and very good at their job.

The food was great the service was good. The only negative is that the gratuity was automatically included in the check it's not a big issue but most people like to add the tip based on service provided not because the POS system recommends it. The new menu had good flavor and choices.

I had an excellent experience at this iHop. One of the things that stood out was how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The quality of food was above average compared to other iHop locations I’ve been to, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walter, is outstanding. We love coming this IHOP about weekly because of the friendly servers. We truly feel like family here. When we came through the door, Walter took us right to our favorite booth and had a great chat with him!!!

This place just smells sour all the 3 times we have been there it smells rotten when you walk in the door. Service was good and food was good.
