On Mother's Day Sunday, No crowd, No line and Breakfast for Dinner. How Convenient is that? No specials, just an order of pancakes with my meal. Waitress I'll take that with extra butter and syrup.

Really good beef sirloin tips in brown sauce with French fries. We shared it and a small salad. Both the salad and the fries were QUITE GENEROUS portions. Good service, friendly, made us feel at home. Free parking. The neighborhood has lots of homeless and "working girls," but the atmosphere inside is fine. Strawberry and biscuits dessert was a nice surprise, plenty for two Entree cost about $20, 2 beverages cost almost $10, and likewise the dessert cost not quite $10.00. We'll go to IHOP again sometime.

This visit on Easter to IHOP was a little disappointing. First and foremost, steak tips, mushrooms and onions do not deserve sweetener in the sauce. Quite frankly, all good steak requires a little salt and pepper. Whether or not it's accompanied by mushrooms and onions. The mushrooms and onions should be sauteed in good quality butter. But in this prepackaged mechanized world, we get overly sweet steak tips.

This location is EXTREMELY busy on Sundays. Expect a long wait time with nowhere to really wait. Food was good once I got it. Waited over an hour for to go order..

i went with some family to eat here on a saturday it was around 1pm when i went. i had cowboy burger with fries, the food tasted great also had great service with the only thing i could complain about when i went to use the bathroom the paper towel dispenser in the mens bathroom was not working so i had to walk out the bathroom with wet hands but i let the employees know and i think they fixed or at least went to take a look at it. i would recommend eating here, i rate it a 9/10.

Reliable. Reasonable. Good menu size. I never leave disappointed. This location is not corporate owned. So they do not always have the specials that you see on the TV ads. But if you ask for them they generally honor the specials. They get fairly busy at lunch time. I really like thier onion rings.

IHOP is a favorite restaurant to eat at when we travel. They are consistent in every location. Good fun. Fun syrup options. Lots of meal options all good. Dessert options, yummy. The waitstaff and cooks are welcoming and obliging to changes and challenges of persnickity eaters and difficult food orders. Always family friendly. Very accommodating.

Pretty cool vibe they had a ton of Halloween decor up which made it kind of fun. I wish I would’ve taken pictures because my food was fire 🔥🔥🔥!!! I ordered the big steak omelette, and the Cinnabon crepes (bro!).!! The crepes were the best thing I ate in my life, it was so good all I could do was laugh as I was eating it I was so happy!
