Smokey point location. Everything is good except for they need to turn on the heat. It's hard to enjoy eating when you're so cold!

My grandson and I like going to the ihop every week. Every other week, or whenever we can, sometimes my granddaughter comes, and my daughter comes, we love our waitress Jill she works in the edmund's washington, she's a very awesome waitress.

I stopped by with a few colleagues from work after a meeting. There were plenty of tables open and quite a few people inside as well. It was my first time trying IHOP. I love how the location was decorated for the upcoming holiday. I ordered the country fried steak with scrambled eggs, hash browns and sourdough toast. Basic meal but evrything was cooked well. I was quite impressed with the hash browns. They were a nice golden brown on the outside with a good substance of potato’s inside. The country fried steak was good. It was overall a good basic cooked well meal. I was quite impressed overall with the food. The service was slow and it did take a while for us to get our food, and there were only five of us and the location wasn’t too busy at the time. There were actually quite a few tables that finished Their food and left.

Very friendly staff. Our waitress, Lauren, was terrific. When she told me that they were out of my broccoli sides, she offered a salad instead. And when I asked her not to bring the garlic toast that was part of the meal because it added calories that I did not need, she noted that request on the order. The meals were delicious.

Everyone one was super friendly and attentive. Lauren was the bees knees. Cooks were on fire even with my picky ordering style of slightly modifying everything, they got it all perfect. This place puts Belt to Ass against the competition. Denny's could never. 🥱 10/10.

Had a great time here with friends today was really leery about going because I’ve been about seven years since I’ve been you couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere better food better service than what we received today we had one little minor glitch and the manager come over and personally dealt with it, which was unnecessary but it sure made us feel good so hats off to the new Management and what a great place it was or is

Ordered the steak and eggs. It was pretty good, they were skimpy on the gravy. To be fair, I do like a lot of gravy. My opinion is that if you can see the food that the gravy is on, you do not have enough gravy. The hashbrown were a bit on the cold side but still had a fraction of heat to them. Its like they precook the haahbrown and keep them under a heat lamp. Which, i dont understand why, because the hashbrown takes only about 3 to 5 minutes to cook. Drop the hashbrown 1st' then by the time the eggs and pancakes are done, the hashbrown are ready. Then you wil have nice fresh hot hashbrowns! As always, the service was really good! Friendly, warm and didn’t feel rushed at all.
