It's breakfast time when we visited Ihop Tacoma Union Ave., the ambience was cozy and clean, and the staff, I can observe them lively and all smiles while working. Special mention to Claire, Araceli, and the manager, Timo, they are showing exemplary customer service. Thank you guys! Keep it up!

IHOP is a spot to grab some good, traditional breakfast fare, but Vickie makes it better. We go pretty regularly; the food is always good and the servers are nice, but Vickie is above and beyond; I request her section. There is something about going to a place and receiving service that makes you want to return. Always correct. Always quick. Always fun. Their managers are always kind, too. Thanks, Vickie!

I arrived alone, so I would have appreciated being seated slightly away from others for peace and quiet instead of in the midst of a bunch of chattering guests. But, I understand most people are extroverts and feel that everyone wants to recharge from other’s social energy. 😌 The food was good and I didn’t have to wait too long for it. I had the cheeseburger omelette with three pancakes. It’s alarming that the omelette has ketchup and mustard on top but, it works. Tastes authentic. On request, the waitress brought a cup of more butter since most places are notorious for only providing one, small dollop that’s good for only the top pancake. IHOP is one of the pioneers of providing a carafe of coffee for each table to pour themselves and it’s still appreciated and much easier on both the guests and the wait staff.

Update- Araceli waited on us today. She provided excellent service and the food and coffees were great as always! We come here about once a month and the service is consistently good, food is good and fair prices. Our server today, Vicky was very busy but friendly and attentive!

Araceli H is amazing, I enjoyed her services and she is very cool. She served me with zeal and passion and she kept asking me if I was ok and if I needed a refill on some drink. I enjoyed my meal as ordered . Great food and service

I've been to the Central Tacoma IHOP about four times in the last 6 months and have always had Excellent Service and Delicious Food! My favorite right now is their chicken quesadilla which is large and includes a side of sour cream, jalapenos and salsa. I also appreciate the low volume music playing in the background, making it a more relaxing experience and easier for conversation! The servers have been so pleasant and helpful every time I have been there!

It's review on the ihop restaurant located on union enue in tacoma , washington. This place is hopping. Yeah, I know, bad joke. Well , no one expects that you would be eating in five star dining here, i can say the service is five star. My server whose name is val, allowed me the old man to tease her while I ordered. Great service. The manager is clearly doing a great job managing a young staff. Timo should be teaching management techniques for restaurant managers.

Went in for lunch today and the place was a little busy, but the service we received was like it wasn't. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was as ordered. The food is good and the service was great. I'm happy that IHOP has finally added new dinner menu items, I tried the chicken Alfredo and I like it.
