Weve had the pleasure of having jacob be our host two times and both times weve had the best experience at a “fast” restaurant weve ever had. If you tell jacob “no salt” on anything he MEANS IT lol. Everything comes back spectacular. If the management see this, PLEASE give jacob a FAT bonus! He loves his job and we can tell ❤️ he is the reason we keep coming back to this location.

First time at this location and everything was excellent, I ordered the steak tips and my server suggested The loaded hash browns and I loved them. The food, the service and the staff (my server Kayla) was amazing. I will definitely be back.

I give Kayla a shout out for her customer service shes very pretty snd has a beautiful smile and made our day just two friends looking for a place to eat this is best place to be at if u have the munchies i hope to have kayla as our server again i will be back again and i will tell my friends about the good food here

Ihop is ihop but Kayla made it a memorable experience! Her service was amazing, she was attentive to my needs and made sure I always had what I asked for as well as offering extra information when I had questions. Dining out is expensive and when great customer service is apparent it makes it so worth it! Her positive attitude above all shined through

I was with my two kids and she was patient and great with them which means a lot to a parent trying to enjoy a meal out. When I walked into I hop I was prepared for a average meal but the combination of amazing food and my AMAZING server Vicky it was an experience to remember. Vickie showed some of the best kindness and hospitality I have ever seen. Let's just say if you walk into this IHOP and Vickie is your waitress YOU STRUCK GOLD. She deserves a promotion!
