Positives: we live in Cross Lanes WV and go to the Kanawha City location (instead of South Ridge because of too many negatives). We have been eating there every week for 3+ years. Leslie has been an excellent server and one of the reasons we go there. Also, we have never had a bad meal or experience. Negatives: The restaurant is old and in need of a complete refresh! Especially the seats/booths. Even though they have a young fellow busting his butt to keep it clean, you can’t clean dirty paint etc.

Me and my crew typically visit IHOP at most once every other month, but every time we do we ask for Leslie. She is bar none the best server we've ever had, and if we can't have her we won't have anyone. Her service is flawless, her attitude is contagious, and the experience wouldn't be worth it at all without her. 10/10 will come back again.
