Zenia is an awesome waitress she is so attentive and friendly even brought me a pancake for my birthday She is a warm and big hearted lady that makes you feel special I had breakfast with my friend for my birthday 💗 She is my all time favorite for my next visit May she know that she is truly appreciated !!!

We had Zenia as our server in Beckley, WV. She was absolutely amazing!! She met us with a smile and friendly attitude. She took our order and our food came super fast and nice and hot! She checked on us frequently and even remembered what we were drinking when she came for refills! She takes pride in what she does and treats you like family! By all means, if she is working the day you go in, ask for her! She’s the best server we’ve ever had at iHop!

Family lunch today, there was a totalof 9 of us. Jaiden was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly and helpful and on top of it! Fantastic experience today!

The food and service were good. The waiter was good, he lacked experience but was humble yet cheerful & polite. The restrooms were not horrible but they were not pleasant either

This visit took a long time. We were seated and then waited 15 minutes to have a drink order taken. Then we were told there were 5 tickets and 1 cook so it might be a bit. It was a short while to get food. Once the food arrived, we were pleased. The steak tips were surprisingly delicious! Definitely recommend those! One thing I want to mention - they offer a veteran's discount, but when it was given it was 1% of 1 meal. The discount was $ .11! Eleven cents?! Ridiculous! They may as well have said no discount. So, food was great, but service was incredibly slow.

We stopped through on our way home from WV. Jaden was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing and came out quickly. Overall, best IHop experience we've had. Thank you Jaden. You were wonderful!!!!

The server was nice and pancakes are delicious. However, the egg white omelet was very bland the fruit was not great. The meal was slow coming out. The bathrooms were as bad as a gas station. Dirty, things falling off the wall, disconnected lights in the ceiling, an inch of dust caked into the vents.

My husband and I ate here this past Sunday . The food was really good . We had the sweetest waitress Sharon , she was so attentive and nice . You really don’t get that kind of service anymore . They are lucky to have such a kind hearted person . I wanted to adopt her as my grandma ❤️ Hopefully anyone who eats here gets the pleasure of meeting this wonderful lady !

Food and service were amazing. Our waitress Zena, was friendly, kind, and attentive. Food had good flavor and we didn't leave hungry. However, the bathrooms were something out of a horror movie. Was very dirty, stuff all over, and had a horrible smell. Overall decent experience.
