I love us some IHop for late breakfast!!! It’s a perfect place for us and the kids to go!! They have absolutely everything we need! As you know kids are picky!! But I want to say the service we get there is perfection! And the manager is very professional and handles everything with such class that comes her way!! Thank you Havasu for keeping IHOP around it’s one of favorites! And thank you Courtney for always keeping a clean beautiful restaurant for us to come in and enjoy!! 🩷

This IHOP was exceptional. Easily the cleanest I’ve been to. Food was amazing. Manager Courtney, who also served us, was very friendly and attentive and had awesome suggestions for my dietary restrictions. Like getting “shelled eggs” for the omelet because I’m low carb. We will definitely be back.

Hands down, best service I’ve ever experienced. We came in for Father’s Day and there was a 25 minute wait, it was very busy but I’m glad we waited. Jessica was the waitress and I wish I could give her more stars. I watched her take care of every table the same way she took care of us. Outstanding!

I love coming into IHOP! It’s my favorite place to get breakfast or brunch. The food is great, and so is the service! The IHOP team clearly knows what they are doing and they do it well! The manager, Courtney, is friendly and runs things smoothly. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Jessica was an excellent server that was easy to understand.She provided prompt friendly service that included modifying my order to my wants. Drink refills were offered and the food was very good. I will just order my bacon more crisp next time. Having our server being our cashier was very convenient and appreciated. The restaurant was clean. We will be back.

Went in today for Menorial day and being on vacation with my family, This is the best food here in Havasu. I’ve been here going to other restaurants and this was the best breakfast place I’ve been to. Jennifer Was our server and was Very pleasant. Totally recommend to come here for breakfast. We’ll be back.

This ihop is great. Ive had a few bad ihops before but this one is amazing. Its comfortable, it's relaxing, especially in the morning and they cater to dietary needs easily. The waitress was so nice and even with my weak immune system I have never once gotten ill here. 10/10 this is my go to spot for a quick relaxing meal before or even during errands. They easily accommodate my family of 6 and all in all it was an enjoyable experience.

Food was pretty good. Service was slow, slow, slow. Really wasn't waitresses fault tho. There were like two of them for the whole restaurant.
