This IHOP is good, food is good and the service is sometimes a hit and miss depending how busy they are, but for the most service is good, the only downside to this IHOP is that is small and at times kinda congested since it small and also with the parking, the parking lot is not that great since it's an uphill lot and small, and at times it can be somewhat challenging to drive in that lot depending how big your vehicle is, so be aware of that.

Matthew was terrific greeting us and getting us seated quickly. Pablo was a great server who really went out of his way to help us find something to eat after we learned that corporate took away the gluten free pancakes 🙃 Not a very inclusive move on corporates part. There are many people who are gluten intolerant and we support those places who include and support us as well.

The host was great. Our server April did an excellent job serving us. She was attentive and kind! Shout out to the kitchen the food came out just as ordered! Fresh and hot! My parents love coming here and will be back!

Today my server was Laura. She always so sweet. Laura is attentive and genuinely a beautiful person, inside and out. Today I got the New York CheeseCake Pancake combo, comes with any style of eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, and of course delicious pancakes with cheesecake bites throughout... topped with strawberry glaze and whipped cream. I'm walking away full and happy!! This location is on the smaller side, so parking can be a hassle. Luckily, there's street parking. Even when its busy, the food still comes out quickly and done to your liking. Come visit!!
