IHOP Bryant AR. Service is exceptional. Alisha is the very best. She always makes sure your order is just as you expect. She gives top notch service. We have never found better service. Shawna and Missy as managers run a great store. Jessie and Cara also provide great service. Very friendly and efficient. We visit multiple times a week. That says a lot for our IHOP experience.

Pretty good experience from an IHOP. It seems difficult sometimes getting a good one but they knocked it out of the park. Fast and friendly service without any issues. Great job team Bryant!!!

All I can say is the food was great but the service was very subpar. My server was not on the ball at all. I barely got 1 drink refill before finishing my meal and she mostly complained about being tired. I get that it can be a stressful job but the place was only moderately busy. I would probably dine here more often if they brought back the fruit syrups.

Food was good. Have sensitive stomach. Had TBone steak,mashed potatoes and greenbeans with garlic bread. Delicous with no worry! Good service friendly waiter The price was not bad at all. Clean place to eat. Besides a crying baby not atmosphere not bad. I'll go back. Recommend it!

From the moment we walked in, everything about this visit was perfect — the food, the atmosphere, and especially our amazing waitress, Katrina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right — friendly, attentive, and full of genuine kindness that made us feel completely at home. The food was classic IHOP comfort done right: fluffy pancakes cooked to perfection, crispy bacon, golden hashbrowns, and fresh hot coffee that never ran low thanks to Katrina’s care. Every plate looked and tasted amazing, and the entire restaurant had that clean, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere that made it feel special. This was the perfect meal and experience before heading back home to Helen, Georgia — a true reminder of why IHOP has always been a family favorite. Huge thanks to Katrina and the entire Bryant IHOP team for turning a simple breakfast into a memory worth holding onto. You can definitely tell there has been some major changes here. My family banned this place a year or so ago. Gave it another try and the staff, food and facility were absolutely amazing! Miranda, Brenden & Kaleb were very pleasant, professiona; service was amazing, the food was fresh, delicious and hot! We will be back! 🫶🏽🙌🏾🥰

We are ate at the one in Bryant. We were a party of 4 and seated within about 15 minutes. Food was accurate and cooked correctly. Our server was polite. We will go back to this location

My husband and I came in late one night. We had been staying in one of the nearby hotels and walked over. Caleb greeted us quickly and showed us to our seat. He was very nice, personable, and funny, answered our questions and brought us things before we even requested them, Caleb has serious psychic abilities. 😂 There was another girl, Anna (I think that was her name, please don't hate me if I'm not right) that brought out our food. She was super sweet and got us everything we needed. Our food was great, we left full and happy, every one of the employees we met smiled and said hello. All in all it was a great excellent visit.

The server that we had was 1 of the top 3 that I've ever had! He really was amazing, I felt kinda bad for him since we were 5 very loud Michigan ladies even he threw in few jokes right back at us. He was amazing. So good he got a 20.00 tip

We were in town for my husband's family reunion and are breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. Alisha was our server both days and she was awesome. The other staff was also very nice. My bonus daughter ordered the Big Steak omelet the first day and it was in fact big. Alisha advised the best omelet maker was on staff that day and she was correct. I enjoyed everything I had and so did my husband. But the best part was definitely feeling welcomed by Alisha.
