Thank you to the gentlemen that Attended to my family and I this evening. I usually don’t leave reviews. However he was genuine and provided phenomenal Customer service. I didn’t ask for his name. I do know he stated that that he is the evening shift lead. The food was good. He sat us down immediately. Also made sure everything was okay with our food. He was quick to bring our drinks. It a blessing to have a server like him

Shawna C. was our waitress and she was wonderful and made our visit to IHOP a pleasant experience. More importantly, we will be back to this location for more meals. At 2 other locations in L.A. area we had bad service experience so it had been a while since we last visited an IHOP, in fact, we had decided to never go back to an IHOP because of those bad experiences at the other 2 restaurants.

Shawna was the best server! We love coming here every Sunday and seeing her. Shes one of our favorites at this location :) The Sunday morning crew always does a great job, and makes the locations’ best pancakes. They’re always hot and fresh!

Wow such an amazing sever this am Shawna was just amazing from the drinks our good coffee to our food and just making sure we were well token care of she is what makes me wanna come and have a very good breakfast and start my day off and just being greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. No other restaurant makes the huge omelettes the way I like it like IHOP. No other! For years I’ve loved coming for the perfect delish meal, yummy yet very healthy. I actually seem to lose weight more easily the more I frequent, as the egg white omelette I get with avocado spinach bacon mushrooms broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes is less than 500 calories. I even got my boyfriend to join me frequently. Mostly I come by myself to do work, get a meal and coffee. The service is very kind and responsive.
