Off Rosedale hwy this place is kinda hidden but it's been there since I can remember. There was not very people there got a seat quick, our drinks within the first 5 mins of being there. Our waitress got our order and helped to customize it (really helpful) with in like 15 it seemed we had our food. She made sure our drinks were full and came back to our table a few times. I would go back

I had the strawberry, banana French toast. It was amazing. My friend ate the egg and sausage from my meal, as they no longer have gluten free options. Overall it was delicious.

First iHop I ever went to. Good friendly service. I noticed they offer some special events for the community, like Seniors' Night, which is nice. Restroom cleanliness could be improved though.

My mother and I went in for breakfast on 2/17/26, and I have to say, the improvement is incredible. In the past, we’ve had to wait 30–45 minutes only for our food to arrive cold, which usually resulted in us just getting it to-go and leaving disappointed. This time was the complete opposite! The food was served hot and fresh, and the kitchen nailed every single one of our special orders perfectly. Their meat omelettes are easily the best thing on the menu! It was so nice to finally have a great sit-down meal here again. We will definitely be back!
