⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1 MILLION STARS FOR KATRINA & CHEF MICHELLE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited IHOP on September 9 around 7:00 PM with a friend, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize two employees who made our dining experience wonderful: Katrina and Chef Michelle. From the moment we walked in, Katrina greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. She was both our host and our waitress, and her customer service was excellent. She showed us to our table, took our order, and even helped us with suggestions. You don’t always find that kind of genuine hospitality anymore, so I really appreciated the way she treated us. Now let’s talk about the FOOD! 😋🍔 I ordered the Cowboy Burger with no tomatoes and no lettuce. I asked for my bacon to be lightly cooked—not hard and dry, but still a little tender. I also asked for my onion rings to have just a light crisp instead of being fried too hard. Chef Michelle got EVERYTHING right! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 That burger was so good and juicy that I couldn’t believe it. Everything was cooked exactly the way I requested. I come to this IHOP often, and sometimes the food can be hit or miss, but Chef Michelle definitely HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK! 🍔🔥 I was so impressed that I actually asked Miss Michelle what days she works! 😂 When I come back, I want to know she’s in that kitchen because I know my food is going to be prepared the way I like it. I hope the manager sees this review because employees who provide this level of service deserve to be recognized. And the manager will probably know exactly who I am because most of the time I order the same thing anyway! 😂 Thank you, Katrina, for the wonderful hospitality and customer service, and thank you, Chef Michelle, for an absolutely delicious meal.
