Great customer service by multiple staff members. Was even offered water to go at least 3 times before I left. Had the pulled pork omelet with their buttermilk pancakes and both were delicious. My 1st time there, but will definitely return.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. Tara went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was attentive, kind, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It was a very good experience for my family and i, we waited a lil to get seated but our server Alejandra was nice and attentive she has a great vibe n friendly! We have come here an other servers don’t seem very happy to be here. It seems like they are always short staffed. And the 2 servers they do have, always have to be running around.

Good Customer Service! Once we walked in every staff greeted us. It was very clean and neat. The waitress was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks were out fast, very delicious, everything was very good, no complaints. The Manager was amazing, love her vibe, making everyone feel welcome and making sure everyone had what they needed. Love this IHOP! Definitely returning.

My husband and I have been Dennys only for a long long time. Then we try THIS ihop. I stress THIS ihop took us and turned us. First thing, the staff, waitress, manager, host. They are the friendliest most helpful and most accommodating ever. If you are on the fence about ihop because the victorville location. I stress let this ihop have a chance they are a wonderful place to eat breakfast,lunch,dinner. Ask for Elise or Karen they are the sweetest girls I have ever had in any place. Thank you girls for making every visits so fun and welcoming.

So nice to have a decent family restaurant on the East end of Hesperia. Clean, bright decor. Clean restaurant tables, floors, menus, condiments. I ordered Poblano Omelet. Very tasty. Husband ordered "2+2+2" from the Senior menu, and was happy with his food as well. Our server was attentive and friendly. Two negatives: 1) $4.09 for 8-10 oz Iced Tea. Yes, it was mostlikely free refills, but I did not need a refill. I can buy a bottle of beer, happy hour, for $4.00. 2) When we walked in, a team member yelled from the far side of the restaurant to the front entrance "HELLO, WELCOME!!" which we appreciated, but preferred not to yell, or disrupt other diners, so did not respond. We'll be back! Give them a try!
