Had the Sirloin Bites breakfast. Steak was not prepared as asked. Thought I had a shell in my egg, and the server said it was a “sprinkle” that they put on pancakes. The server, Araceli was great. Professional. Attentive and polite. The 6’5” tall guy (didn’t get his name) was also great. We were just a little disappointed with the steak, and the French Toast tasted like bread (wasn’t soaked in the egg before cooking). Again, service was top notch however.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This has, by far, been the best experience my husband and I have ever had at an IHOP! We’re from out of town, and from the moment we walked in, the entire staff was amazing—welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to our server, Janet L. From start to finish, she was simply sensational! Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, she continued to provide exceptional service and made sure we had everything we needed. We were also so appreciative that the staff accommodated us on the patio so we could dine with our dog. And yes, even he received five-star treatment! 🐶❤️ They brought him water and continued checking on him throughout our visit. That level of kindness and hospitality truly meant so much to us. Now, let’s talk about the food! 😋 Everything came out incredibly quickly, and our meals were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Janet, girl—please continue doing the amazing work you do! You truly made our day, and you absolutely deserve to be recognized for your outstanding customer service. To the entire IHOP team, thank you for making our visit such a wonderful experience.
