Every time I met my friend in Riverside, we end up meeting here. She loves it and claimed the coffee here is really good! Which to my surprise it actually was pretty good coffee. We ordered a bunch of breakfast plates and everything was pretty good! Our server and host were super nice and very attentive! Will keep coming back here whenever meeting my friend!

I hardly ever leave reviews for ihop because the food and service is always basic. But this location I came to while waiting for my Tesla to be serviced and was very impressed. The food was hot and fresh. The service was exceptional from the front door to the table and all of the wait staff. I definitely wanted to leave a review so the management knows how well their team is doing and that it stands out by far. Well done.

IHOPs overall are always nice, except in the service area, and it is no fault of the waiters and waitresses. The fault lies with the managers. I understand their though process, they are primarily a morning, lunch restaurant, so they put the bulk of their servers during the peak hours, and of the 6 locations I frequent the most, after 7PM, only 1 server is on shift, and because of my daily schedule, I end up waiting to place my order, and makes my day even longer. The evening servers usually work harder than the servers on the other shifts, not only physically, but mentally also. I eat at IHOP at least 4 evenings a week, so I'm used to the routine, but I always see the verbal abuse the servers have to take, for no fault of their own, because customers want to be able to be waited on, and get their meals in a timely manner. Generally, I am at the end of my day, and my next stop is home, but if I still have an agenda left after dinner, I will visit another restaurant where I know I won't have to wait. I know it's a business, but when you don't have customers, what good is the business then? I'm not just a once a month patron, I'm a visitor multiple times a week, so I'm not just talking about what I see once a month, I'm talking about a daily occurrence. ALL OF YOUR SERVERS are exceptional, and work very hard to serve your customers, so try to think on their side of the fence sometimes when they vent their feelings. They have very legitimate concerns.

Great place hot food but our order was wrong. But t it wasn’t too bad. I think the girl was new but I’m sure she’ll get the hang of it. But over all it was a win win
