Our waitress Ana was wonderful never have we had such a delightful experience with a cheerful helpful waitress she made my birthday extra special with her smile and kindness , their was an older lady working with her that was trying to damper her sprit but she just kept smiling and helping everyone loved her !!! IHOP needs to give her a raise !!!!!!

I visited this location last night. Our family had not been to an IHOP in about 2 years and had quit this particular location a few years before that because of regular negative experiences with food and service, mostly service, which further decreased trust in the food. While visiting the area yesterday, my daughter asked for IHOP and I decided to take a look at the reviews. Recent reviews showed positive and we gave it a try. I'm so glad we did. Our server, Dhanna C, as shown on the receipt, was friendly, professional, and all you could ask for in a server. She answered questions and delivered. The food was perfect. The name of the cook was Johnny, but I'll call him a chef, because he could not have preformed the recipes more perfectly, "cheffing" up the IHOP cuisine the way it used to be, and is supposed to be done. I'm talking perfectly cooked hash browns. If you know, you know...Even the BLT was delicious! Now, the parking lot. We arrived before sunset, and left at dark. In years past, that area was rough. Last night, it was easy. I did not feel unsafe. In years past, while visiting, we would choose seats where we could keep an eye on our vehicle, or frequently check on it, if we weren't seated or parked in a way to watch out, and keep an eye on each other while coming and going. This visit, the parking lot checked out in their area. Of course, leaving out by McDonald's, it was familiar to my memory, but not quite as bad as I remember a couple of years ago. Perhaps the city had finally started dealing with the Little Mountain issue? No matter, the IHOP parking lot was decent and better than before. I'm glad we gave the company another chance, and particularly, this location. They couldn't have done a better job at bringing it back. I've loved IHOP since I was a kid in the 80s- the pancakes with the flavored syrups- no one comes close when done right! We'll be happy to visit again while in the area. You might give it a try again if you left out the same way.. I used what was left of unexpired rewards, the kids eat free promo, and ordered two entrees from the value menu (one to go) for the trial run, not having high expectations. Next time, I believe we'd be confident ordering anything off the menu, especially if Johnny is there cooking, as my expectations were far exceeded last night. A special thanks to the staff, and all responsible for turning this place around. Great job! Thank you.

We were there early in the morning. Our food and custom service experience was great! The restaurant was very clean (it smelled and looked clean) the outdoor, dining area and even restrooms. The food was well seasoned, serving portions were good and most importantly, it didn’t look rushed. It was my son’s first time at an IHOP and Amy our server was very kind and patient as he was ordering. She was attentive and frequently asking if we needed anything else. When leaving, the other staff member that was there (I didn’t get her name she was the one doing the cleaning) was very polite and thanked us for coming. It was such a great experience, that my son thinks IHOP will be our regular breakfast place now. It’s nice to go to a restaurant that is clean feel welcome, enjoy great food at a good price. I would only have one recommendation, to sit guest every other table to have more privacy (if space is available). We will definitely be coming back for breakfast.

Had an amazing experience at this location, my waitress Adrianna was phenomenal! She was so kind towards my children and constantly checking on us; making sure our cup was never empty, despite how busy it was in there! She still got our food to the table in a timely manner, with exceptional customer service ! Our food was great & my family and I will definitely be coming back. We hope to be serviced by our awesome waitress again! Thank u again, her kindness went a long way.

Excellent customer service from our amazing waitress Dhanna. We absolutely loved coming here with our children and our granddaughter and did you know that kids eat free after 4 o’clock?
