I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this IHOP absolutely deserved one. I stopped in while traveling and was honestly blown away by how friendly and welcoming the staff was—but what really stood out was Mary Jane. Mary Jane was hands down the best server I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer passing through. She was upbeat, attentive, and had that rare ability to be both professional and genuinely personable at the same time. She checked in at just the right moments, kept everything running smoothly, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. The food was great, came out fast, and everything was exactly how I ordered it—but Mary Jane is what made this visit memorable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you stop by this IHOP, I highly recommend asking for Mary Jane. She’s the kind of person that turns a simple meal into a great experience.

While traveling through Southern California for business, I made a pit stop at a small-town IHOP—and let me tell you, this wasn’t your average pancake stop. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like I was a regular who’d been coming there for 10 years. Smiles all around, quick service, and the kind of genuine friendliness you just don’t see much anymore. At one point I was halfway convinced they had a team meeting that morning titled “How to absolutely win over a random guy passing through town.” Mary Jane was just incredible—super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. She really made the whole experience stand out. My coffee never hit empty (which, let’s be honest, is critical), the food came out fast and hot, and every interaction felt real—not forced, not scripted. Just good people doing a great job. I almost didn’t want to leave… and that’s saying something for an IHOP on a travel stop. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place earned it. If you’re passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in—you might come for pancakes, but you’ll stay because the staff makes you feel like family.

Well it was Midnight the music was Old School and the Cook prepared our food perfectly. Our waitress Shunasi was incredibly delightful. The patronage was light at that hour so it was not hectic. I always go back to this location on University in San Bernardino.

I had the opportunity to be served by a young lady named Hailey. I am currently receiving dylasis at a facility behind this establishment. I came in right after my treatment and asked if it would be possible to take my "short stack " and another order home with me. I was getting weak and just wanted to go home . Hailey stated that she would need to ask her manager. I then was introduced to her manager, Erica. She stated that she would allow me to do this. While I waited for my 2 items, I observed such a professional attitude by both of these 2 young ladies It was a very positive experience. It definitely will be somewhere I will frequent again. It's IHOP rating it for what it is, they have good service, food is made correctly, servers are nice , pretty much clean for the most part. So 5/5 for being one of the better ihops.
