The last few times I've been here I've had Ericka as my server. And can I say how amazed I was, how much she made us feel welcomed there. She treated us just like family and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Not only that, but it was very busy this last time and she still took the time to make sure we were treated amazing and had all we need. The food is delicious and hot. Thank you Ericka for the great service, Because of you this is our new go to IHOP

My husband and I come here often. Food is good, place is clean, service at times (eehhh 🫤) but..... Past few times we were LUCKY ENOUGH to have had the same server, and we are glad 😊 CRISTIAN our server has been fantastic. Will definitely keep going back.

4 months ago I would have given this restaurant to stars at the most. I visited it again after 14 years of refusing to go in due to poor service. I'm sure glad I did because Erica is an amazing waitress and The food was reasonably priced and very good.I have been back twice since my initial return and requested her as our waitress and each time it was the most enjoyable experience.

their food is good but the portions size is a little small, I ordered a side of hash browns and it was on a little plate barely the size of one egg and it's like four or five dollars portions could be just a little more equal to the cost servers were more interested in having fun in their little space by the kitchen and helping customers with their food could have been a little better service

The coffee is always hot. I love hot coffee and the food was excellent.! I mean the pancakes were just delicious and the fruit was very fresh. What more could a girl ask for bacon was perfect

Excellent service! Cristian from Costa Rica was definitely the highlight — he’s super fun and creates such a great atmosphere. His service alone is a strong reason to come back. The food was good, and the parking was very convenient

Me and my best friend went there for breakfast at lunch. That food was delicious. The waiter was excellent I mean he was just the best way to I've ever had. I wish I could remember his name but I will remember his face at the IHOP. Did tell us about another restaurant that he works in over on highland and del Rosa by The stater Brothers there. So my best friend and me will be going there for lunch one day where he works at this other restaurant

I don't know how they get this good of a cook over there, but every time I am pretty amazed. Very tasty sirloin steak and eggs!
