I’d give service above 5 as it is always the best!!!! Especially the service that Alejandra, Lilly, Elis and Brianna render!!! EVERY single time we’ve visited this IHOP restaurant, we are greeted with a smile and such a warm welcome . These ladies treat us as if we are family and not just patrons, their attitude and behavior shows how much they ENJOY what they do😊 We have visited IHOP restaurants when we travel, and although we receive good service, however, nothing compared to our visits at our “home” IHOP!! Needless to say, we will continue to support and visit THIS restaurant!!!!

The staff here is great I been coming here since I move to Lodi CA. 10 years living here this is my favorite breakfast spot to go to. There really helpful and great with customers they treat everyone like family and they all enjoy working there always happy and smiling. They are pretty fast on sitting there customers hardly wait to long to get seated.

It's an I hop it's cleaner than most the food came fast but... During the endless pancake deal the waitress only came by the table 15 minutes after we got out food one time so I only got 1 refill of pancakes but they were hot and had extra butter like I asked for. But I never saw her again for almost an hour after that just to receive the bill big bummer I told her to keep em coming but that did not happen...

Service is always excellent, both professional and friendly. My 7-year old granddaughter and I love to come for either breakfast or lunch. Today it was my birthday lunch. She lives the cup of bananas and strawberries she can get as a side. Their food is always good, although I don't really like the new menu as much as I did the old one. I guess they just needed to change it up a bit. The focus is much more on breakfast and sandwiches/burgers now

Our second visit and we say on a different side of restaurant which appeared older that the side we say on the first time. A few ceiling panels was either falling missing. Spots of leaking water stains. Service was good. Food was great but I won't sit on that side again.
