Mia, our server, was absolutely phenomenal! I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of care and consideration from a server in a very long time. As a former server myself, I was especially impressed by her dedication, friendliness, and commitment to providing outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and clearly working incredibly hard throughout our entire visit. Unfortunately, there was one part of our experience that was really upsetting to witness. Our table was directly across from the kitchen, and throughout our meal we could repeatedly hear members of the kitchen staff loudly mocking and making disrespectful comments toward Mia. In particular, there was a kitchen staff member wearing a grey hat whose behavior stood out. I did not get his name, but the comments were loud enough that we, as customers, could clearly hear them from our table. I obviously don’t know everything that may have been happening behind the scenes, but from what we personally witnessed, we heard and saw nothing from Mia that warranted that kind of treatment, especially in front of guests. In fact, we watched her actively running her tables and working hard while others appeared to be standing around watching her. Despite everything we overheard, Mia remained completely professional. She never complained, never allowed it to affect the service she gave us, and continued treating everyone with a great attitude. I know I personally would have been bothered by being treated that way. We were there on October 3rd from approximately 12:00–2:00 PM, and I felt this was important enough to mention so management is aware. Aside from our concerns about the behavior coming from the kitchen, Mia was truly exceptional and deserves recognition, and, from what we witnessed this afternoon, a lot more respect than she was being given.

I was craving breakfast and it was great. Mia, was my server and she is AWESOME. Paid attention to detail, got my order correct and I watched her work the other tables by herself. 7 tables without missing a beat. I’m only coming back if she’s here!

We were visiting from Chicago and stopped at IHOP, and Mia was absolutely amazing! It was just the two of us, but we quickly noticed that she was the only server working, and she was seriously running her ass off! 😂 She was taking on table after table like an absolute champ while also handling everything behind the counter. Even with how busy she was and how much she was juggling on her own, her customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming and made sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell she was working extremely hard, and she deserves some serious recognition! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Mia made our experience even better. Give this girl a raise! 👏😂 If we’re ever back in the area, we would absolutely come back and hope to have Mia again!
