Went in yesterday looked like it was closed due to painting parking lot but it was open was seated right away eventhough it was full our server Yvette was the best she had the most friendly vibe explained to us what menu items came with was on top of the things the whole time eventhough she looked extremely busy she wont above on beyond will definetly be back and asking for her service .

Me and my mom wanted pancakes and bacon so bad this morning but were out of bacon at the house, so we went to this ihop for some breakfast and it was perfect! Our server Gaby was the sweetest , super friendly and funny, and was super quick with getting our food out nice and hot even though it was super busy! Give that woman a raise!

So we go to breakfast at Ihop today. I order a senior breakfast while my companion ordered an omelette. Because both are diabetics and I have hypertension we only ordered water to drink. The server delivered the water and a few minutes before our slightly warm meals were delivered our server returned, viewed our waters and said " You should be drinking your waters because they are free and I will refill for free." When I later asked what he had meant by his comment he stammered that he hadn't intended any disrespect. Right!! Won't be back.

Martha is amazing! Yesterday my pancakes got mixed up and they gave us buttermilk pancakes instead of specific ones I ordered. I called ahead to let them know about the pancakes. When I got there, Martha went above and beyond for me. Not only did she give me my specific pancakes but she also gave me a meal and offered a drink to go. She really went above and beyond for me and I am absolutely grateful to her. THANK YOU MARTHA!

The food is great, but the price is wild!!!! Definitely be ready to spend minimum $50 for two. I will say this location is super clean and the staff are attentive. And the pancakes are yummy! Just price is high.

Had a standard breakfast, eggs, hash browns, sausage and toast. Eggs over easy were perfect. The waitress was delightful, quick and attentive. As far as the atmosphere it was a standard cafe type restaurant. I would definitely eat here again. We did eat off the over 55 menu so the prices were very good.
