I had such a great experience thanks to Elizabeth at IHOP. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. What really stood out was how she balanced being professional while still being genuinely kind and personable. She checked in at the right times without being overwhelming, and you could tell she really cares about her customers having a good experience. Elizabeth honestly made our visit better, and she’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back. If you get her as your server, you’re in great hands!

Good day everyone! Now, I know that iHop is a chain and most of the time, the food is decent with a fair price. That said, every once in a while, you come across a location that is STEPS ABOVE the other franchise locations, and IHop off of Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs happens to be just that. David from Jamaica was absolutely incredible. His level of service and cleanliness were too notch and they way he surprised my kids with Oreo milkshakes really took the experience to that next level. Even the cook clearly cares about what’s coming out of their kitchen. Every item was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! Thank you David and tonight’s cook for a fabulous dinner w my kids. We will be back soon! 😁😎

It was kind of funny actually. We usually go on Sunday mornings. Its never crowded and the staff is curious and nice. Today, it was a bit different. There were a few more staff, and everything felt more rushed. The woman behind the counter insusted on taking our name like you would exoect if it was busy, but it wasn't. We had to wait to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Strange but once seated... everything went as usual.

This is my go to breakfast place. I'm here a couple of days a week. The food offers great value and the service is always attentive and polite. Fabi, Beatrice and David are great servers. I like the whole crew.
