The service was MUCH better my most recent visit. I've avoided ihop for about 2 years now because the service was so bad, but I went today and the service was great . As well as the food. Happy to seee the change!

Since the new management changes, this IHOP has greatly improved!!! I was greeted at the door by Angel, the hostess (very sweet and professional). After I was seated, I was served by Lil Bee, who was also very sweet, attentive, professional, and courteous the whole time!!! Food was hot when it came out, and delicious!!! I felt welcomed and never rushed!!! Thanks IHOP Gang!!! Michael

Came in for food with my siblings and we had a blast! the kids got cupcake pancakes and LOVED them, my steak tips were amazing and completely fulfilling. our server ciara was patient and super friendly with the little ones as well!

5 stars! I went with my dad and I had an amazing time, the environment was clean and good the serving was fast and the food was nice and hot and delicious so cudos to the cook. The manager was amazing, asking if everything was fine, definitely would have daughter and father time at this location again. You go Ihop!!

It had been almost 8 years since our last visit to IHOP in Vegas, so it was nice to be back after such a long time. Our server was very friendly and professional. The food took a little longer than expected, but everything else was great! It was quiet and comfortable for dining. One more thing to add: we didn’t know that a military discount was available, but our server kindly asked us about it and made sure we received the discount. Much appreciated.

(I updated the stars as we revisited them today (12/24/25) and they have improved) We have tried them a few times. It is a shame because we love IHOP in general, but their service is always bad here. The food takes forever to come out and is cold when it arrives. The server is always in the back somewhere so there are no refills on coffee. They have some weird rule that only your server can check you out so when you are ready to leave you have to wait even longer after waiting an hour for your cold meal.

I was craving pancakes so I decided to stop by. There were very few customers so I thought it would be quick to get seated. Not the case. There was no greeting, no common courtesy to at least say..” I’ll be with you shortly, ma’am.” I continued to wait and two more employees show up and they started to chat and joke around. So there were 3 employees behind the check-in counter and none of them bothered to help me. Time went by and they all left and went to the back. I sat down at this point. Got back up and went to the counter. Finally a guy came to help me out. He’s name is Devante’ and he was working extra hard to serve his customers while the others take their sweet time. Thank you Devante for working hard! I’d give it a 5 star but the greeters didn’t know how to treat customers. They need to understand that they are the ones that set the tone for that restaurant as soon as a customer walks in. So they need some training by the manager.
