The store was very clean. The staff was very nice Mari. The general manager was on hands and helpful. The staff looked busy. It smelt like the wonderful IHOP that I’ve been used to for over 30 years so basically it is just like the prototype for what IHOPs should look like because some of them are so nasty that you don’t even wanna eat in them, but this one here was very nice. The staff was very friendly at all. Kudos to Mari and her staff.

I couldn't have asked for a better time at IHOP. Our server was the sweetest server I've ever had in a long time her name is saniyah. She gave great service with a smile she constantly kept coming asking if we were okay if we needed anything. And in the world where people don't seem to care she was that Sunshine that was definitely needed. I hope IHOP knows that they have a gem and they give her a raise. Overall everything was great keep up the good work saniyah you are definitely what customer service needs!

I have to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Mary at the IHOP on Highway 138 in Riverdale. She is the heart and soul of that place! From the moment you walk in, she greets you with warmth, kindness, and true Southern hospitality. Mrs. Mary is not only professional and attentive, but she also makes every guest feel like family. You can tell she loves what she does—she’s always smiling, checking in, and making sure everything is just right. It's rare to find someone who brings that level of dedication, grace, and genuine care to their work. She made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her. IHOP is blessed to have Mrs. Mary—shes a true gem.

We come every Saturday morning. It’s a group of men from the church. We always request Monica. A awesome server. It’s kinda hard getting good people when she’s not there but we come in anyway.

Ordered my toddler some food at 11pm on Memorial Day. She wasn’t feeling well and wouldn’t eat all day, but I couldn’t let her go to sleep on an empty belly and she didn’t want anything I made. IHOP was still open for one more hour and she loves breakfast so I ordered her food online for pickup. Got there in the pouring rain at 11:30 and the 2 employees up front greeted me with smiles and handed me her food. I was overwhelmed and exhausted, but the atmosphere they presented as I walked in calmed me. My 3yr old ate everything on her plate (Silver 5) Thank you! A smile and good customer service means more than you know.

My family and I were traveling to Atlanta, Ga last weekend. I ended up at ihop. The manager, Ms. Marcy and our server Natalie were awesome. My jalapeno burger bussin bussin🤤. I think I'm over critical because i worked in restaurants for many years, and I have had so many poor experiences... but I appreciate great food and service in this post-covid era. Thank you for a great experience. 10/10 highly recommended
