The food was good, but it was too flavorful that I got full quickly. The atmosphere was crowded when we arrived, but it was calmer after we finished. Would recommend! :)

Update to my previous review - after speaking with Richard the manager he has invited myself and my family back in - he explained the hiccups in the computer/tablet system that can occur and wants to show us that their food and service are tops. I edited my review to show how much I appreciate the establishment and the manager for caring and reaching out to me and I am looking forward to coming into IHOP!

I came in today for late breakfast and was greeted by a friendly staff. My food was delicious and my waitress was very attentive. Also witnessed the manger going around and checking up on other customers as well as myself. She was kind and felt like you were chatting with a old friend. Can't wait to return.

My grandson's favorite restaurant. Off the kids menu he chose chocolate pancake, eggs, bacon, sausage. Ordered an additional meat order. He loved the hot chocolate. I ordered the cinnamon pancakes. Truly decadent. Server could not have been nicer. Nice morning treat.

I went in the morning around 9 something and not too busy so service was excellent. Mary is very attentive and a nice server. I got the sirloin cut in pieces with eggs, hash brown, 2 pancakes. It was delicious I ate everything. 👀 Yes I did. Lol

This was my first time visiting an IHOP after many many years. Our server was great and we did not have any major problems on this busy night. The garlic bread was amazing but the country fried steak was okay and the onion rings were soggy. French fries were good and pancakes were great as expected.

Last week I came in to eat with my family and we always come out satisfied. Our waiter emanuel was amazing and very attentive with us. When he brought out our food I noticed that the avocados did not seem to be ready. It was quickly fixed with him offering to bring a side order of different avocados without charge. I will come back to dine in and hope to see emanuel again to serve us!

I just did a catering order from the Addison IHOP. Wow! I was floored at the amount of food we got for our party. It included everything we needed! Whipped butter, syrup, ketchup, napkins, plates and utensils! Nice and hot, the eggs looked delicious and better than anything I could have pulled together. Richard was the manager on duty and I got my bacon crispy, just like I asked for! I was extremely pleased with the order and I will be very happy to do a breakfast again. Oh , I also ordered some egg, meat and cheese burritos that were so big that I cut them in half! They were a favorite of my grandkids. Thank you Addison IHOP! It was delicious!

Had a very intuitive waiter. It's a rare skill too be able to balance being attentive to a table and coming off as impatient or over leading to leave. Our server did amazing while maintaining service and giving us time when asked.

Was here from Florida two weeks ago and the service was so great I returned two weeks later when I came back. I love to see that everyone gets along like a family and the young people have great manners and are well trained. Very pleasant atmosphere, great people, great service. My ihop spot whenever I’m in town. Thank you!

We've been to this location a few times. Almost always excellent service! Alma the most recent time was great! She was very nice and did a really good job servicing our table. Meals were overall really good. Pancakes really should be on larger plates. They just fit on the small ones, but it's difficult to cut into them without making a mess on the table. Undercooked hash browns, which are not tasty.
