Toya in the Richmond location! She is the absolute best! iWork 3rd shift so I order hip regularly, she’s the only my one that’s been able to get my order not only correct but completely accurate! She was amazing with communication and she was able to help me fix the issue at hand

This young woman looked to be the only waitress, splitting her time between a Birthday Party for a young girl with a lot of friends and family, several other tables in addition to caring for my husband and I. And that's what it is, "caring for," the people at each table and meeting all of their needs at a moments notice. She was gracious and kind and repeatedly brought my husband glasses and glasses of water in addition to our coffee and our breakfasts. She had a table of difficult people and their rudeness was met with grace at each turn. Unfortunately, we saw that they only gave her $3. So sad. We just wanted you to please look this woman up to see who is she and recognize her for the shining star that she is. 3/31/26 Tuesday.
