Had the best experience at IHop Houma this morning. The restaurant was short staffed, but the way Stephanie, the manager, ran around the store to help every single position was amazing. We even saw her help one of her staff through a tearful moment with a hug. Our server, Alma, was literally the nicest human I’ve ever met. Thanks ladies for a great Valentine’s Day breakfast!

I had the best server there her name was Allison she was so polite and just was so easy to work with she was I spilled my drink on the floor she was a doll and cleaned it up and I enjoy going to IHOP but sometimes they take too long but the staff there is amazing.

I bring my granddaughters here on weekends for breakfast, then they closed down for a while, was excited they opened back up, we came there and it was unusually warm inside and a slight smell, but was ok, they were short handed and new people in training I think so it was a bit of a wait but I totally understand that with it just opening back up. Our food was was Great definitely no complaints, used the restroom before leaving and it was nasty, smelled like sewer, they had like 10 air freshener sticks on the ceiling vent to mask the smell , it wasn’t helping, water on the floor I don’t know where it was coming from. We love IHOP , the food, the people , I just think maybe before reopening they should have taken care of the plumbing issues and AC

Food was delicious but moreso, Matthew M was all smiles to make our breakfast even better. He's a great server and we enjoyed our breakfast thoroughly. Our son had the Oreo pancakes and he gives that 5 stars.

We had a great experience overall at IHOP! The food was delicious, and our waitress Tyesha was incredibly sweet and attentive. The kitchen staff was holding it down impressively, especially for just reopening and dealing with the typical Saturday morning rush. The only small issue with the food was that the strawberry and blueberry toppings were still a little frozen — not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Now… the drama. I felt like I was in an episode of Undercover Boss. The servers were clearly working hard and doing their best, but their manager, Shelly, seemed overwhelmed and micromanaging way too much. It was distracting and uncomfortable to watch. Also, someone really needs to look at the layout — there are light fixtures hanging way too low. We watched a poor guy smack his head on one that wasn’t even above a table. Total Three Stooges moment. Fix the lighting and give your team some breathing room, and this IHOP could easily be 5 stars.

Just had breakfast/supper at ihop in Houma, LA. Store is under new management, clean friendly, tasty and good service. Pancakes were awesome, everything was very good. Give 'em a try!
