Very welcoming. Was just me and my daughter-in-law there. It was her birthday; waitress brought out ice cream with whipped cream and a candle on it with the check. The waitress was super nice. Waitress and kitchen staff were really observant of my food allergies.

This place was quiet and the staff was helpful unlike the another location. Most of them close at 2 pm now so we went to 2 other locations first then to this one. The server was helpful and friendly. He wasn't stingy with the stuff when it was time to box up. The food was hot and out quickly.

I didn't take any pics, but I'll be honest when I say that it's hit or miss depending on the cook at the time of your visit. I've never had a bad meal at this location but sometimes the food is just better when certain people cook it. Would I recommend this IHOP...absolutely.
